With a proven track record of driving growth and successful turnarounds, Keith excels at leading through change and inspiring high-performance teams. He fosters a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and strategic innovation. Keith holds an MBA from the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business.

Chief Customer Officer

With nearly 3 decades of experience, Paul is a customer-focused leader at MarketStar, driving growth and client satisfaction. As Chief Customer Officer, he leads client delivery, business development, and marketing teams to enhance customer experiences and drive long-term success. 

 

Previously, as Executive Vice President at Teleperformance, Paul scaled operations and built lasting client relationships across industries. His leadership and commitment to customer success have been key to MarketStar’s position as a leader in outsourced sales and marketing solutions.

Justin is an experienced executive with over 25 years in corporate operations, HR, and talent management. As Executive Vice President of Corporate Operations at MarketStar, he leads HR, IT, Operations, and the MarketStar Foundation, managing  global teams A strategic thinker and problem solver, Justin excels in driving positive change, strengthening operations, and providing clear, decisive leadership for long-term growth. His background in both strategic and operational leadership enables him to align business goals with HR initiatives, driving enterprise performance and organizational success. 

 

Priscilla Selwine

Senior Vice President of Marketing

 

Priscilla is a seasoned marketing leader with global expertise and a history of executing award-winning campaigns. As SVP of Marketing & Demand Generation at MarketStar, she spearheads initiatives across Europe, APAC, and the US, driving demand generation and digital strategies that fuel business growth. Previously, Priscilla led integrated marketing communications at Gutenberg and delivered high-impact campaigns for leading clients like Amazon and IBM at Ogilvy. 

 

With a proven ability to drive growth and innovation, Priscilla continues to shape the future of marketing at MarketStar. 

 

Dhruvam Misra

Senior Vice President of Client Delivery

 

Dhruvam drives client success at MarketStar, managing complex portfolios that accelerate revenue, enhance client engagement, and foster business growth. With 20+ years of experience across BPO, KPO, telesales, and process improvement, he oversees global client delivery teams based in North America, Europe, and India.

Having held leadership roles at GE, Dell, Mphasis, HCLTech, Convergys, and Regalix, Dhruvam is known for delivering innovative solutions, exceeding targets, and driving operational excellence. His strategic leadership, customer focus, and commitment to talent development are vital to MarketStar’s ongoing success.

 

Anthony E. Byrne

Senior Vice President of Business Development

 

Anthony brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales leadership, and go-to-market strategies to MarketStar. A proven entrepreneur and strategist, his leadership has been instrumental in driving transformational growth, building high-performing teams, and expanding MarketStar’s footprint across global markets.

Ezra Hookano

Srinivasan Seethapathy

Previously, as Director of Partner Channels, Shae drove strategic initiatives and built high-performing teams to enhance partner engagement and sales enablement. She is known for delivering results and fostering strong collaboration across client and partner ecosystems.

As the Vice President of Global Security and Privacy at MarketStar, Leonard combines his 30 years of experience in sales, sales management, marketing, and IT and Operations, to develop and execute cutting-edge security strategies and compliance frameworks. His varied background has uniquely aligned MarketStar's global information security and data privacy posture with client needs and expectations. Leonard’s leadership not only enhances MarketStar’s security posture but also drives continuous improvement within the company’s Information Security Management System, fortifying global security operations and maximizing its value for both the organization and its clients.

 

 

Russell Reed

Vice President of Technology

 

Russell leads IT, development, analytics, and sales enablement teams at MarketStar. With over 25 years of experience, he drives innovation and technology-driven growth. Russell launched an AI and machine learning team to deliver advanced business solutions, enhancing MarketStar's competitive edge. As VP of Technology, he restructured the team to focus on advanced analytics, improving efficiency and retention. He also mentors future IT professionals as an adjunct professor at Weber State University. Russell's blend of technical expertise and strategic vision has been key to MarketStar’s success. 

 

Theo S. Shikov

Vice President of Operations

 

Theo heads MarketStar’s operations in Bulgaria, driving business growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies. Under his leadership, MarketStar provides flexible, outsourced solutions that scale businesses and help clients achieve their revenue goals. With deep expertise in sales and marketing, Theo cultivates a high-performance culture that empowers teams to surpass expectations and expand MarketStar’s presence in Bulgaria and across the European region. 

 

Beyond his role at MarketStar, Theo is dedicated to mentoring emerging leaders, teaching sales courses at the American University in Bulgaria, and actively contributing to various industry initiatives.
